Day of Treatment

• Stay out of direct sunlight 
• Do not wash face.  Do not apply any moisturizers, serums, aloe, makeup, etc. 
• Take over the counter pain medication if needed, but not aspirin or ibuprofen
• Begin taking the Medrol dose pack if called in to your pharmacy - Sleep as elevated as possible   

Day 1 

• Clean face with water and the cleanser provided morning and night - Do not apply any moisturizers, serums, aloe, makeup, etc. 
• Expect swelling and redness 
• Stay out of direct sunlight; wear a powdered sunscreen  
• Ok to sleep flat  

Day 2 

• Clean face with water and the cleanser provided morning and night 
• Do not apply any moisturizers, serums, aloe, makeup, etc. 
• Swelling and redness will continue.  Face will feel very tight and dry  
• Stay out of direct sunlight; wear a powdered sunscreen   

Day 3 

• Clean face with water and the cleanser provided morning and night 
• Do not apply any moisturizers, serums, aloe, makeup, etc. 
• Swelling will start going down, and peeling may start 
• Apply Aquaphor at bedtime, and leave on all night  

Day 4 

• Steam your face coated with Aquaphor in your shower.  Use provided cleanser and a wash cloth to remove Aquaphor and dead skin.  Be gentle!  Do not scrub! 
• If needed apply Aquaphor at bedtime again and leave on all night to remove more dead skin - Return to your normal skin routine tomorrow!
